Healthy food for baby

 Congratulations on your baby! Feeding your little one healthy foods is one of the best gifts you can give them. Here are some great starter foods for your baby: pureed fruits and vegetables, mashed banana, cooked and pureed potatoes, avocado, sweet potato, applesauce, and cooked and pureed meat. You can also introduce finger foods such as small pieces of soft fruits and vegetables, cooked pasta, and soft cheese.
